Google Business Profile Help

Google Business Profile help

Your profile hit a wall. Your business cannot.

When Google asks you to re-verify, rejects your video, denies a new profile, or suspends the listing your customers depend on, CodeForce helps you slow down, gather the right proof, and take the next step correctly.

This is the problem we solve

The profile was working. Then Google changed the rules of your day.

Calls, directions, reviews, and local trust can all run through one profile. A sudden verification request or restriction is not a small technical inconvenience. It can interrupt the path customers use to find the business you have spent years building.

!

Video verification feels impossible

We map a continuous recording plan around your business type, location, signage, equipment, and proof of management.

!

Your profile was denied or suspended

We review the visible reason, look for policy conflicts, and organize a cleaner evidence-backed appeal path.

!

Google asked you to verify again

We check what changed and help align your real-world business, website, documents, address or service area, and profile details.

!

Ownership or access is tangled

We identify who controls the profile, what access is missing, and the safest route toward owner-managed access.

Profile and policy diagnostic

We review the profile setup, business model, Google notice, ownership, website consistency, address or service-area choices, categories, and likely policy friction.

Personalized evidence checklist

You receive a focused list of the documents, signage, surroundings, equipment, business-only access, and account details relevant to your case.

Fit check

Real help for a real business.

This is a strong fit when…

  • Your business meets customers in person or travels to them.
  • You can show legitimate ownership, operations, and business records.
  • You were asked to re-verify or your verification was denied.
  • Your profile was suspended, disabled, or unexpectedly restricted.
  • You want an expert to connect the profile, website, documents, and next step.

This is not a fit when…

  • The business is online-only and is not eligible for a Business Profile.
  • The address is a mailbox, virtual office, or location you cannot legitimately represent.
  • You want fake documents, keyword-stuffed names, duplicate profiles, or a workaround.
  • You are asking for guaranteed approval, reinstatement, ranking, calls, or revenue.

Common questions

Before you buy.

Can CodeForce guarantee that Google will verify or reinstate my profile?

No. Google controls verification, moderation, appeals, and timing. CodeForce improves your preparation, checks for avoidable conflicts, and helps you present legitimate evidence clearly, but no third party can promise Google’s decision.

Will CodeForce record or submit the verification video for me?

Google requires a live, unedited video recorded and uploaded through the Business Profile on a mobile device. The business owner or authorized representative must complete it. We create the shot plan and help you prepare what to show.

What if I already submitted an appeal?

Send the status and response you received. We can review what was submitted and help identify the best available next step. Google advises businesses not to create a duplicate profile while an appeal is under review.

What happens after checkout?

CodeForce emails an intake request for your profile link, screenshots, business setup, issue timeline, and available proof. Do not send tax IDs, bank information, passwords, or identity documents by ordinary email.

Is this only for storefront businesses?

No. Eligible service-area and hybrid businesses can also use Business Profiles, but their address and verification evidence work differently. We tailor the preparation to the way customers actually interact with your business.
